Highly recommend, technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I backed into garage door requiring repair of rail, lower garage panel and exterior trim. Precision recommended I contacted original manufacturer on replacement of lower garage panel and trim if I wanted to maintain home consistent. However, identified the service was available and were transparent with cost. My garage rail was repaired within less then 10 minutes--incredible!! Additionally, the spring to the garage was tightened improving overall function to my garage. We ended up purchasing replacement door with Precision based on today's service. The service was excellent and technician took the time in explaining the work and expected outcome of repair.

We dealt with 3 different companies that were very disappointing before contacting Precision. Once we called Precision, they set up an appointment the next morning. Our service repair person was Nur, who was extremely courteous & professional. He spent time actually looking at our system. He didn’t just tell us what needed repairs, he showed us. He completed all repairs by lunchtime! The cost was less than the other companies, and he did more than just replace the springs. He also left us with suggestions of things we might consider replacing in the near future (our motor),and he gave a quote for that too. We were very impressed with Nur, and the quick response of Precision. Within 24 hours of contacting them, our garage door opener was fixed!

My invoice said the installer charged to install a door. Only thing he did was attach the cable and put one roller back on. Your prices are absolutely insane.
Mrs Rand, We are very sorry you feel unsatisfied or under served. That is never our intention. Although every one is entitled to their opinion I need to remind you of some important things.... *The service fee was waved by your technician in it's entirety as were ALL labor costs. *There is no mention at all anywhere on the invoice of us being called out to INSTALL a door. Your invoice states we were called out to SERVICE your door. *Our fee is not based on time it takes to repair. Our fee is based on the ability to know what to fix as well as having the proper equipment to do so. Putting a roller back on might seem like no big deal to you but there are so many adjustments that need to be made to even GET TO the roller. Precision door has never claimed to be the cheapest. This is an industry that falls into "you get what you pay for." We have claimed to be the best and deliver that quality of an experience. We would of course like to keep you as a customer but we realize Precision isn't right for everyone.

Double door, spring broke, cables came off what a mess. Called Precision Door, Kevin came out and within an hour was back in business. Kevin gave me options and I elected to upgrade from a single spring to dual springs and much sturdier cables, new rollers and now Door operates like new!!! Thanks for the great service.

Had to call them out again with the same problem. They fixed it in short order. It was the sensor at the bottom of my garage door, it was loose. the company didn’t charge me and rightfully so. they backed up there warranty repair.
