I called needing repair and they gave me a 2 hour window (for same afternoon). Jason called me about 30 minutes later and asked if he could come early. Of course I said yes. He was able to repair the damage and identify an additional need. Both were fixed promptly and efficiently. Very courteous and reasonable service! Have used them before and will definitely use again. I choose Precision Garage Door service because I have use them before and the service was nothing but excellent! The service I received today was performed by Monte; he was excellent! He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Monte explained the need work in complete detail; and showed me how to perform maintenance on my garage door and moving parts! I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone needing service on their garage door. As a matter of fact; my neighbor saw Monte working on my garage door and asked to speak with him concerning matters with his garage door.
