No high pressure sales pitch or fancy talk just got right down to business and gave me the estimate before he started working. Friendly, knowledgeable, and had all parts necessary to fix my garage door. My old opener was LOUD and technician (Art) said it works but if the noise is an issue, I should replace with belt driven. I took his advice and he replaced it on the spot. No pressure, just honest and professional the whole way through. I will use them again!
