We have always had excellent service by your service staff. Today was no exception. My husbands has some medical issues limiting his ability to do much of he was able to do before. MARK went out of his way to help get the service performed. He is truly an outside the box problem solver. We are so thankful for God sending him our way. Jason did a great job for us! He explained the overall condition of our garage door. We took his advice and had a new plate installed, new cables and spools and he installed new springs. Balanced the door and lubed all the rollers. Our door works great now and is much quieter.

Jason was fantastic- new years day tension spring broke didnt know anyone to call. Googled and read the reviews for Precision Door and called right away and had a quick appt . We will have them out yearly for inspection. They are fantastic!!!!

Did not appreciate the lowball estimate given by the office. When finalizing the order the $500 per door increase was a little bit of a surprise. Appears to be business standard though.

Also, as of January 1,2021, all manufacturers have a implemented a price increase on all doors and parts by a percentage. Which also means our company was affected by this decision.
