I have used your Company for service forever since my husband retired from the Army. Your company totally replaced the garage door, the entire overhead opener system, springs, etc. Tiday I was told that I needed a whole new system and door because I had not done maintenance. First he blamed the door and then me? How insulting can you get. He does not allow you to talk with his interjections and wants to counter instead of listening. Was the wiring, instead of replacing the wiring, he wrapped it with black electrical tape! I have to get some comparison estimates and make some service decisions.

He is honest and up front with the cost of repairs. He came out on a Friday evening and even though it was super hot in the garage he remained very professional. My sender/reviewer (electric eye sensor) was ruined by rain water. Was shown to me I had aa pretty bad issue with my rollers. They got replaced. Had door installed by Precision back in 2014 new and was surprised the rollers weren't covered by warranty so spent more than planned, but they still get 5 stars because 8 years of flawless operation is pretty good if you ask me.

Thank you Jason with Precision Doors. My garage door now is quieter, smoother and no longer a worry. Jason explained everything and answered all my questions. Before he got started though, he was kind enough to help me and my son with a baby bird who fell from the nest. Jason placed the baby bird back from where he fell & prior to leaving after he was done with the garage door repairs, he checked on the baby bird. Good thing too because the baby bird was on his way out of the nest. God bless you Jason for being such a caring person. I am so pleased with the work on the door.
