I accidentally shut our garage door on one of our cars, which lead to an almost complete collapse of the door and severely bent the metal track. I was convinced I would need a complete replacement and was already mentally preparing myself for the massive bill. Then Patrick from Precision came out and told me that he was pretty confident he could have the garage door up and running again in about an hour. I was shocked and a little skeptical, but he was right. A little under an hour later our garage door was running again and it is even quieter than it was before. It’s really nice to find someone who isn’t looking for any excuse to sell you something you don’t need. I’m so happy I trusted Precision and didn’t have to buy a new garage door. Patrick even stayed around a couple extra minutes after the job was done to answer some of my other garage door questions. I would highly recommend Patrick and Precision!

The technician, Nur Watts, was very professional and explained to me what was wrong with my garage door and what my options were to fix the problem. I had an appointment with that "other" company who never showed up. I emailed Precision at 7:30 pm hoping they would see it first thing in the morning. They called me within 5 minutes and set an appointment for the next day. The technician was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early. Amazing customer service from both the technician and scheduling staff! Travis was great - told me exactly what I needed. He made suggestions but did not try to push me into stuff I didn't need yet. I will definitely use this company long tern and recommend them to friends.
