Travis did an outstanding job. He came out with multiple motors for me to pick from, with a description of the difference in the motors. He was able to install the motor the same day. He demonstrated how it worked and set everything up for me. I’m very please with the company and how quickly they set up an appointment and completed my needs in under 24 hours. We made our service call request first thing in the morning and four hours later, we had a technician at our door. That never happens!!! Our technician was Art Fuentes and we are very pleased with his service. He was knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the functions and system parts of the garage door. Brent was my service person today. First he was concerned about being a little late, but with road conditions and traffic in this area of NB now, I’m surprised he gets around at all. He was ver professional in a friendly way. His work was exemplary in that he came out not really knowing what to expect beyond servicing my main garage door. I had him add upscale rollers on two other garage doors in a Mueller building that isn’t even two years old. He tweaked settings and made needed adjustments to quieten and allow doors to move more quietly and smoothly. I am extremely pleased with the all around experience. HAPPY NEW YEAR

I contacted the company because my garage door was not opening. The technician Brent arrived on time. He assessed my concerns and located the problem. After performing a check of my garage door he determined additional work be completed. He explained what needed to be done as well as provided me with total pricing. The job was done in about an hour and the work area was cleaned up. Brent explained what he had done and went over the parts and warranty. I am very happy with the results and appreciate his professionalism. Will be using their services again.

Of course we had a garage door issue on a holiday. Called this company and operator informed us that a technician would be out in the morning and would call us to let us know when he would be arriving. Technician called ahead to let us know he was on the way and arrived when he said he would. Was very courteous and completed the work as he stated. The technician explained the work that needed to be done and the time he would need to complete the repair. Ver satisfied with the work done. Highly recommend this company.

Precision did the install on our garage doors about a year ago. To save some money we only had one opener installed. This morning we decided to have the second opener installed. I was shocked to know that they would be able to provide same day service, I used the chat service before hours to get the ball rolling. They were prompt to call me back during regular business hours. They offered several options for my installation, they were very accommodating when I let them know I would be ready earlier than expected. Adam was our installer, he communicated with me regarding his arrival. I was glad to know that he also worked on our initial install. He completed the installation within two hours and even programmed all four remotes to open both doors. I have been very pleased with our initial doors and opener and I’m glad I called Precision for the new opener.
