Patrick Cross was our technician & he arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous & professional & explained the options to us for repairing the broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a 2 spring which he explained has a better longevity than a 1 spring but would also allow us to operate the door to get a vehicle out should the spring break again. This service did not include a lifetime warranty. All in all, the install was done quickly, professionally & we are happy to have an operable door again. Thank you!

Had trouble with my garage door not closing. Chris was on time and had it adjusted in less than an hour. He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need, he just evaluated the door and made the adjustments needed. I have used this company twice now the first time they replaced the spring and two years late a quick adjustment.

His work was very clean and thorough. Very personable and likable. I chose you for the 4 hour guarantee advertised on your website. (Had lightning last night that fried the opener) I had to work a bit with Tara for that when I called this morning. She initially told me you were booked today then I reminded her of your guarantee and was guaranteed between 1 - 3 today. Dan was here on the dot of 1:00.
