The receptionist at Precision Door was very friendly and professional. We requested Jason Dawson and they sent him to us. He serviced our doors last year and did a great job. He also helped us sync our car to the garage door opener. Jason is very knowledgeable and great asset to the company. I highly recommend Precision Door and have used them for many years.

One o Choices from Home Advisor. I did the research on the website and you had great reviews and comments so I chose precision and I’m glad I did very professional very quick. Friendly crew with Jason and Mike, and they were quick to figure out the opening problem with the door. Also did maintenance work which made the noise level drop a lot.

Needed a follow up - somewhat different problem but they honored the 90 day warranty and did not charge me. Figured out a puzzling issue that was easily resolved. Still a very satisfied customer!

New door and opener will be installed next week. Unjamming old, damaged door to free up the two trapped vehicles inside was a challenge. Andy did it very accurately and the estimates professionally and he’ll come back to install the new upgraded motor. Hopefully the door installer will also have a five star quality service.
