Fantastic service. We had an issue with a garage door opener. Monty came by, he replaced the faulty wall station. He adjusted the door and everything works beautifully now. I am extremely happy with the service they provide highly recommended.

My garage door of my rented home came off the rails and would not close. The property managers’ vendor was not available until the next day which is worrisome for both theft and safety. I had used Precision before and they did not let me down. Jason (same tech that helped me before) was here in 20 minutes, got the door down and safe in short order. The price was reasonable. While the more involved repair will be done by the property management’s approved vendor, I will be recommending they consider Precision in future. You have earned my business for life. I can’t wait to have you install or maintain the doors on my own house one day.

We had the trim around our doors replaced. Mark is an excellent representative for your company. He called ahead and coordinated what materials were needed, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by Mark's professionalism and friendly demeanor. Thank you all for making the repairs we needed. It was just like the website said. It was all done within 4 hours!!! Wow!!!

Monte did an excellent job of installing a new spring and explained what needed to be replaced and why. He also showed me how to maintain the spring, door rails, etc. for longer life of the garage door system. I was very happy with the work he did.

Jason and apprentice arrived earlier than scheduled. Called before arrival which was impressive. Great customer service, highly efficient work. Explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it. Explained my cost and cleaned up after completion of work. Superior service. I will recommend you to community of 28 homes within the Gardens of Windcrest. Excellent customer service from technician and the person who took my call last evening.

Great!! Technician Monty Morales took a look at my damaged door and in less than an hour the job was completed to my complete satifactiom. Monty’s inginuity allowed him to do job, no new parts. Very freindly personallity explained things need to maintain door. GREAT!!
