I called Precision based on an ad in the phone book. This is the first time I have dealt with them. I had an emergency because a spring had broken on one of my garage doors and I could not get my car out. I called about 11:00 a.m. today and told them that I had to be able to get my car out by 3:00 so I could pick up my granddaughters. Jason Dawson arrived about 12:30 and he manually raised the door. I put the car outside and agreed to let me do a complete repair job on both doors. I am very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

FIVE STARS! I called Precision because I need a garage door repaired. We are selling our home and that was a request by the buyers. The door had been hit by one of our cars and I wasn’t sure of what I would be told. Monty was sent and I could not have been any more impressed. He called to let me know he was a about 14 minutes away. He was very professional upon his arrival. Because of the reason of my call he could have told me I needed a new garage door and I would have bought one. Instead, he did his best to fix the door and he did an amazing job. He even asked me if I was pleased. I will definitely refer anyone who ask to Precision and ask them to request Monty. Thank you Monty for your professionalism!

I wanted to commend and thank Chris Flores, the technician that came out to service my garage door. He called me when he was on his way and when he arrived was very professional and curteous. After inspecting my problem garage door, he spent the time to discuss the pros and cons for me to consider regarding repairing my garage door vs. buying a new one. After our discussion and much consideration I decided to replace my door and opener. He could have walked in and just said I needed a door, but instead he talked to me and showed me all that my set up needed and gave me costs on repairing and replacing. I’ve decided to replace and just wanted to share my appreciation for him and Precision door of San Antonio. Through my experience I would recommend them and am glad I called this company!

Very satisfied. The night before I leave for the airport, the spring broke on my garage door with my car inside. I found a 24 hour number on line and called 10 pm. The service guy was at my house by 930 am and the door was fixed!
