I chose Precision because of the 24/7 availability for repair work. Spring broke on a Saturday night trapping my vehicle in garage over a holiday weekend. When I called this morning (Sunday) an appt was available and technician was able to fix it earlier than expected. Quick service done professionally. Thank you.

Precision is second company we called. First company, Helotes Overhead Garage, never kept appt or called to cancel. I was impressed with the installation process. The two installers were polite and professional. They arrived on time and completed the job in less than two hours. The doors were aligned perfect and cleaned of any smudges. I was offered ithe opportunity to inspect the job before they left the work site. They installers, Joe Giles and Whaley were very professional. In addition to the installation service I was pleased with this company’s ability to hold the door until I was ready to install it. In my case it took several weeks longer than I anticipated due to building delays. Prestige didn’t mind.

Patrick was very professional, arrived on time, and fixed my garage door without any complication. We had just moved in to this house and I was afraid we would need to immediately replace both garage doors, but he aligned them, lubed them up, fixed the sensors, and generally made them run smooth. I was really appreciative of the fact we were not pushed in to buying two new full garage door systems, but given the options to fix them for now and replace them later when we can afford it better. I had no idea who to choose to get my garage door fixed. I googled and Precisiondoorssanantonio popped up. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day I received a call from Chris telling me he was on his way and twenty minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and all that makes them work. He explained everything to me before he started. A short while later he was telling me exactly what he did as well as potential future needs. He was so professional as well as a joy to talk to. I would recommend him and the company to anyone and everyone. He also had an amazing laugh that somehow really put my worries at ease. I also had to call him the next day to figure out how to my door when our power went out. He immediately knew what was needed. Five plus stars all the way. Thank you!!
