Excellent from the get go. The lady who answered my call was very courteous and worked with me to have the technician at my home as soon as possible, Technician Jason Dawson was very knowledgeable and professional and worked with me in regards to the final bill. Went over every detail about the job he did and also on preventive maintenance. I would definitely recommend Precision Doors San Antonio again and will ask for Jason Dawson.

Dan did an outstanding job for your company. Very informative and professional. We decisioned to not go the repair route, but replace the entire door and rails. The motor was fine. He even offered to reprogram our two (2) remotes as an added service once the new door is installed. He did a great job. Very personable fellow. Your lucky to have him.

Wow was impressed when I called that they came out the same day. We called Precision because previous owner used this company to install garage door. Jason Dawson and another young man, sorry can’t remember his name were very professional, polite and a joy to work with. It had been 5 years since this door had been installed so we felt very comfortable on the recommendation that Jason gave us and trusted what he told us. Highly recommend this company and will let folks know on the Nextdoor App if they need service call Precision.

Very pleasant, Service Tech. Very knowledgeable in his professions. gave us options , but never pressured us . He merely stated which options would possibly prevent later emergencies at importuned times. When all services were done he went over all he had serviced and worked the overhead door so we could view it in operation mode. replaced rollers, replaced garage door emergency stop sensors and replaced overhead door springs. Up to now were very satisfied with the work done.

We were very pleased with the young man who serviced our door. Mostly it was to do a routine check on the door as our age we can't really reach to lubricate etc. He explained very well and did some minor service. He definitely is an asset to your Company.

My first experience with Precision was today. Technician Jason Dawson called ahead of arrival time as a courtesy to advise he would be arriving, and then upon arrival, I found him to be both friendly and very well-informed about garage doors/openers! He was skilled and very thorough in his work to remedy the issues I was concerned about. And I find the pricing fair and competitive. Despite the awful 101 degree sweltering summer temps today, Jason worked without a hitch! He kept a smile on his face, explained details to me, and made me feel safe and secure realizing I had hired the right company and was blessed with the right technician. Precision was referred to me by my neighbor, who had good success with Precision in the past. Thank you, Jason. Homeowners like me need pros like you. Great job!
