The service performed was an overdue inspection for four overhead garage doors, which is not a choice for this survey. A Jason D. was the service man, he called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and friendly. He didn't waste any time and new exactly the cause of one of the doors issue which was sticking. The only negative about this service was that the lubricant spray used on the track, rollers and guides has a very foul crude oil smell. It took several days to go away and lingered a little longer inside my truck. it did however make the three garage doors sound brand new, and did completely go away after a week. A warning up front would be a good idea. I definitely asked for a Precision Label for the inside of the door for the next service.

5 stars and I would give them more if I could I had my garage door come off it's rail and was hanging from only one side. When I made my appt. and the receptionist said they could come out today I was relieved and so grateful. When Monty M. called and said he was running a little bit ahead of schedule and could be here in 20 minutes (and he was here in 20 minutes) I was very happy. Monty could have told me I needed a whole new door, but he didn't. He was so honest and thorough and knew his craft and said he needed about 45 minutes to fix it. He gave me an initial quote of cost baring parts and actually came in a little under the estimate. Like I said he could have stuck me with a huge replacement cost and I would have been none the wiser. Monty was honest and truthful, efficient and made me feel that I had called the right company to repair my door. This company installed my door many years ago and I had the same wonderful experience. This is a quality company and I cannot emphasis enough honest upstanding well trained employees. Thank you so much for integrity. Monty M. is a valued employee and you are certainly hiring courteous,conscientious people.

The device guys that fix our garage were professional and courteous. The only thing is they didn't mention about a military discount for being a veteran or 15 dollars off a repair other than that they did a good job. Thank you

I chose Precision because of the 24/7 availability for repair work. Spring broke on a Saturday night trapping my vehicle in garage over a holiday weekend. I was impressed with the installation process. The two installers were polite and professional. They arrived on time and completed the job in less than two hours. The doors were aligned perfect and cleaned of any smudges. I was offered ithe opportunity to inspect the job before they left the work site. They installers, Joe Giles and Whaley were very professional. In addition to the installation service I was pleased with this company’s ability to hold the door until I was ready to install it. In my case it took several weeks longer than I anticipated due to building delays. Prestige didn’t mind.

Patrick was very professional, arrived on time, and fixed my garage door without any complication. We had just moved in to this house and I was afraid we would need to immediately replace both garage doors, but he aligned them, lubed them up, fixed the sensors, and generally made them run smooth. I was really appreciative of the fact we were not pushed in to buying two new full garage door systems, but given the options to fix them for now and replace them later when we can afford it better. I couldn't be more pleased with my service. My garage door wouldn't open and I was able to get same-day service for a minor fix, then a new opener the following day. Jason was great to work with - he took great care of me and made sure everything was to my liking before leaving!
