We appreciate your tech, Jason, keeping the appt and giving us heads-up before coming to house. He was professional and courteous, and answered all our questions. I was impressed with the installation process. The two installers were polite and professional. They arrived on time and completed the job in less than two hours. The doors were aligned perfect and cleaned of any smudges. I was offered ithe opportunity to inspect the job before they left the work site. They installers, Joe Giles and Whaley were very professional. In addition to the installation service I was pleased with this company’s ability to hold the door until I was ready to install it. In my case it took several weeks longer than I anticipated due to building delays. Prestige didn’t mind.

We had just moved in to this house and I was afraid we would need to immediately replace both garage doors, but he aligned them, lubed them up, fixed the sensors, and generally made them run smooth. I was really appreciative of the fact we were not pushed in to buying two new full garage door systems, but given the options to fix them for now and replace them later when we can afford it better. He was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and all that makes them work. He explained everything to me before he started. A short while later he was telling me exactly what he did as well as potential future needs. He was so professional as well as a joy to talk to.
