Excellent scheduling, showed up on time, door diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours. However, the pricing was sky high at 500+for a spring repair, but I did not have time to shop around. Touted lifetime guarantee, but I had to call the office after to get a copy of it. Technician Joe was excellent.

I contacted Precision and a technician was sent out to look at the sealers at the bottom of my 2 garage doors. He looked at the sealers and said he could order some new ones, but they will be different. I accepted that. He also gave me a quote on the cost and added a $49 service fee when the repair was made. I asked what the service fee included and he told me that he would inspect the garage door system as part of that fee. The technician returned a few days later and installed the new sealers. They were quality parts and he installed them with no issues. The final price was actually lower than the price he quoted me. As I paid for the services I asked if he was going to inspect my garage door system as part of that service call fee. He told me that if the system is working fine, then an inspection is not needed. So, I got a light discount on the price, but my door system never got inspected.

I had an oops moment and broke my garage door. I called Precision Door service and within 2 day they had someone out to see what I had done. After my headache went away I knew I needed a new door, it was measured and ordered and within a reasonable time it was replaced with a real nice new one. The service was timely, fast and efficient. The repairman was prompt and very knowledgeable of what was needed to effect the repair. The biggest drawback to an immediate repair was the fact that the part was not in stock. There was very little delay in completing the repair.

I made an appt with Precision for the next day and they called and were able to come earlier. The employee was knowledgeable and pleasant. He inspected both doors, found the issue as well as another problem with the malfunctioning door and quickly fixed the issues. He inspected the other door as well and made prudent comments regarding a possible future issue. Price was reasonable to fix the problem door. I was pleased with the visit.
