Jason Dawson was our technician, he called ahead to let us know when he was on his way, showed up as expected and did an awesome job of fixing our broken garage door. I would definitely recommend this company for services. Jason was the tech who came out to my house to replace springs and rollers not only was he a cool all around guy he took the time to over look the whole door to insure proper function and checked for any safety issues thankfully all worked well.

Our sensor repair and tuneup was done today by Jason Dawson. Jason called before he arrived and arrived timely. He quickly figured out our issue was with the sensor. Excellent service with immediate availability. Pleasant and informative service technician. Tuned up my door and replaced worn parts. I was thinking I needed a new garage door opener, but it is still OK. This is the second time I have had Precision out on a call for the opener, thinking that I should replace the original one and was told it was still working, so no need at this time. Appreciate the honest evaluation and no high pressure to sell me a new opener.

We chose Precision for their knowledge of the products they sell, and for their favorable reputation for customer service. We wanted new doors to replace the heavy, wooden doors installed originally by the builder more than 40 years ago. Our new doors were installed by Larry Andrews, whose expertise was obvious and who could not have been more courteous and professional. We like our new Grand Harbor doors, both for their function and for their appearance.
