He and his co-worker were very professional, personal, explained everything they were doing and completed the work in a short time. Their service was excellent and I will recommend your company to all of my friends. My husband, Rick and I were extremely pleased and could not thank them enough.

Joe was awesome! The entire organization exceeded my expectations once again. I was told Thursday was the earliest they could come by. My concern was I had no way of closing the door. Joe came by a day early and fixed it within minutes. Precision is the only garage door services to use. Thanks for making the experience absolutely exceptional.

The repairman was prompt and very knowledgeable of what was needed to effect the repair. The biggest drawback to an immediate repair was the fact that the part was not in stock. There was very little delay in completing the repair.

I made an appt with Precision for the next day and they called and were able to come earlier. The employee was knowledgeable and pleasant. He inspected both doors, found the issue as well as another problem with the malfunctioning door and quickly fixed the issues. He inspected the other door as well and made prudent comments regarding a possible future issue. Price was reasonable to fix the problem door. I was pleased with the visit.

I called Precision because my door was making some loud popping sounds and the rollers were falling off the rail. Jason Dawson was very professional. He pointed out some areas where he thought I could improve the life of the door and gave me a precise estimate. He replaced the wheels and springs (I only had one spring). Very happy with the service and I would recommend. Very professional and quick turn around time. Thanks!
