I went with Precision because I liked the technician's Bios and experience, as well as Precison's comittment to get the job done with expediency. I was very pleased with Dan Khun's work and ethical standards. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed and didn't try to do a hard sell on products that I didn't really need at the time. I would give Precison and Dan Khun an overall rating of 5.

We have been with Precision for many years. It is the people who make the business, and the technician who serviced our door this time was super. Ivan introduced himself when he arrived. He was very polite and quickly earned our confidence. After assessing the issue, Ivan patiently explained what needed to be done, and asked for our approval. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up an appointment for the same day. Dan was the service technician dispatched to us. Dan was prompt and courteous. Joe came quickly when we called about our problem. He made an honest appraisal of all of the equipment installed, and found it to be unable to fix. He came at the appointed time on Tuesday, installed all new dependable garage door openers. He is very pleasant, and a diligent worker. We are very satisfied with the work Joe has done.

Technician came out on a Sunday, even showed up early. Very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and an hour or so later, the door was functioning just fine. He also inspected all elements of the opener and the door. Very courteous, answered all my questions in a language that I could understand, no technical talk, just a layman's oriented explanation. Great service, reasonable price and first class work. Highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

This is the 3rd time we have used Precision Door--over about it a 15 year period. Replaced a garage door and got the warranty on the new springs. Five years ago a new opener; then a couple years ago, a spring broke and warranty replaced them. Today, IVAN replaced the door sensors. EVERY VISIT by Precision technicians was done professionally. A GREAT company to make things right.
