We have had to use your service twice this year. Our service technician was Jason Dawson for both repairs. He is outstanding. The first time he replace rollers and realigned the system and made it work much smoother. The second time the motor was giving up the ghost and we opted to replace the entire system. He installed it in about and hour and then explained how everything worked. He was very engaging, knowledgeable, and proficient in the high quality of service he provided. I highly recommend your company to anybody with garage door problems.

It was pouring rain! I had a ton of errands to run, it was NOT the best day for my garage door opener to go on the fritz!!! So I called Precision Garage Door Service and explained my problem. I told the polite and helpful administrative assistant that I didn't expect anyone to come out in the flood, I just wanted to be first in line when the rain let up. She said we can be there a 2:00 pm today. They were! They fixed everything door, opener, springs, and 2 transmitters. Cost: not much money. Time: about 1 hour. This company is the real deal: professional, trained technicians, safe = 5 stars

I was "trapped" in my garage, actually it was my car, and when I asked for a service call that morning, the answer was "yes" and I really appreciated that very much. The technician, Jason, was timely, polite, and told me exactly what was what with my door. He arrived in the middle of the two hour block of time, got right to work and so far I am very satisfied. Very pleased and satisfied with workmanship. However, the price of $665.00 was a little steep. Although the work and part came with lifetime warranty. The competitor offered the same work (torsion spring conversion) for less to include a two-year warranty parts and labor ($389.00). Not for sure if the difference in your prices is connected to the lifetime warranty. But $276.00 is a little pricy for an extended warranty. Overall Dan the technician did an outstanding job in installation and adjustment of my broken garage door. Thanks

He had completed the repair in minutes and then graciously programed my two vehicles to the opener which we had not accomplished due to just moving into the home.
