I was very please, they were prompt, explained things clearly and fixed the issue. The issue was I have homelink on two vehicles and the openers homelink work perfectly on both, I got two new cars and the homelink would work on one and not the other. Which ever was programmed last would work and the other wouldn't. The tech spent some time, fixed the issue and told me how to address it should it happen again.

Back in June 2016 Precision Garage Doors installed a new door for me. Recently I noticed that It was binding some causing it to make a lot of noise. A repairman was dispatched within a day and door was fixed. Good part was the repairman explained to me what was causing my problem and how I could fix it in the future. Job well done. Thank You

Door spring broke late AM Sat., Jul 16 and I couldn't open door, so I could get vehicles out as I was preparing to run an errand. Called Precision and appointment was set for 1-3 PM, that quick. Larry Andrews was well on time, professional and knowledgeable. Inspected door thoroughly after work was done, and advised to keep an eye on it, as it may soon need to be replaced possibly within next few months. He gave me a complete walk thru as to why he was recommending a new one, mainly from a safety aspect. (Door is 18 years old and builders grade) Gave me estimates for new one, suggested which would be best for my home and a detailed explanation as to why he was recommending it. Really did appreciate that. Excellent experience all the way.

Mike explained the different grades of doors and pricing so that I was able to make a educated decision. He was also my installer. Even though there was a delay on getting the doors delivered - Mike stayed late and completed the install. I am extremely happy with the service and especially my new garage doors and opener.
