I bought a garage door opener from Sears and had no idea how to install it. I called Precision and they were extremely helpful. I had scheduled it out a week because the delivery time for the opener was the day before. The opener showed up the next day and instead of waiting a week, I called Precision and they scheduled for the next business day even after the holiday weekend. Jason Dawson, their technician, showed up onsite on time and extremely friendly. Super professional and completed my install in no time. Jason walked me through the entire opener on how it worked (mine you this was not their product) and then explained the do's and don'ts to keep my system running optimally. I see why Precision is so exceptional due to its employees like Jason. Thank you Precision, you own all my future garage door needs.

I chose your company because I used your service before to install a new garage door opener and have been very happy with it's performance. When this most recent problem occurred, I immediately called your company. The Techniciam immediately accessed the problem, found a broken spring, made the repair, inspected all components and briefed me on his repairs he completed. I rate him and his work a "5". Excellent scheduling, showed up on time, door diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours. However, the pricing was sky high at 500+for a spring repair, but I did not have time to shop around. Touted lifetime guarantee, but I had to call the office after to get a copy of it. Technician Joe was excellent.

I contacted Precision and a technician was sent out to look at the sealers at the bottom of my 2 garage doors. He looked at the sealers and said he could order some new ones, but they will be different. I accepted that. He also gave me a quote on the cost and added a $49 service fee when the repair was made. I asked what the service fee included and he told me that he would inspect the garage door system as part of that fee. The technician returned a few days later and installed the new sealers. They were quality parts and he installed them with no issues. The final price was actually lower than the price he quoted me. As I paid for the services I asked if he was going to inspect my garage door system as part of that service call fee. He told me that if the system is working fine, then an inspection is not needed. So, I got a light discount on the price, but my door system never got inspected.

Mike explained the different grades of doors and pricing so that I was able to make a educated decision. He was also my installer. Even though there was a delay on getting the doors delivered - Mike stayed late and completed the install. I am extremely happy with the service and especially my new garage doors and opener.
