Precision was very professional from the moment the phone was answered until the job was completed. Brent came out late on a Friday afternoon when I called with a smile, did a complete 26 point check, pointed out what was good and what needed to be replaced. All the components on my door were 23 years old, but not all needed to be replaced. After completing the work he explained everything he did and what to look for as signs of concern. The price was very reasonable for all the work he did. Very professional and polite service from start to finish. Thank you.

Brent arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and recommend three solutions. I chose to replace the motor accessories. Brent did the work quickly and professionally. He reprogrammed my cars and assisted in programming the keypad. He showed me what maintenance I needed to perform and when. Brent was excellent ????.
Doing what you say you will is a HUGE factor at Precision. We put our stamp of quality on all of our work. Our word is our honor....including keeping our word about silly small things like arrival times. They are a huge deal.

The gentleman who came to our house was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the issues with our 20 year old garage door. He quoted prices for the two options that he could provide to do the repairs, and after I selected an option, he was able to do major repairs and replacement of parts within 90 minutes. I watched him work and have confidence that he is experienced and really showed that he knew what he was doing. If I have a problem in the future, I will be happy to have him come back to fix the problem.

Garage door spring broke late one evening. Called at 7:00 am the following morning and a service tech was at the house by 8:10 and repair was finished by 8:45. Awesome service, great techs. Can’t go wrong with Precision. Highly recommend the lifetime warranty. Expensive up front but money saver in the long run

Brent came out to look at our opener because the chain had come off and wouldn’t open. Old opener was not reparable, so installed a new opener along with a key pad and helped program our vehicles. Very friendly
