Wes was great. He explained what the glitch might be with the door sticking a bit to the trim. So, yeah, it does make more noise on the first opening of the day. After he left it was working quietly, because he tightened everything and sprayed the joints and also the trim.

2nd house I have used Precision Garage Door Service. Problem with loud rough operation of builder grade opener. Installed new motor unit with wonderful lights, rollers, cables, main opener, remotes, and keypad. All problems solved. Except now, I do a double take whether the door is actually opening or closing because it is so quiet (and nice).

Shouldn't have had to pay if they couldn't connect the remote. I was told on the phone, no problem, no matter the model, and the tech would be able to get me a remote and program it. Tech said it didn't work... Was charged a service trip fee, even though it wasn't my fault that I couldn't purchase the remote. Which is what I was told on the phone, "I would be charged a service trip fee if the tech comes out and I choose not purchase anything or any service." When I do buy a new opener, I won't use this company.

Our pressure spring broke this morning. Called Precision and was able to get a appointment same day. Mr Wesley was on time. Excellent service and very professional! Wes, our technician was patient to wait for me to get home as I was running late. He was quick to provide a quote with a couple of options. I ended up replacing the whole garage door unit. He had everything ready in his truck to get the work done right then and there! No pay in advance and then have to order the parts for a later date! Hello, my garage door stop performing. I called Precision Garage Door and to my surprising I was scheduled an appointment the same day.
