Joe was right on time called before he came. Very pleasant to deal with and after I explained the problem he knew exactly how to fix it. Circuit board failure. Had the circuit board to be replaced on his truck, and replaced it professionally and fast. Reprogrammed all our remotes to include the garage door opener programed in our car, 2014 Subaru. He's the third representative from your company we had, and they all preformed outstandingly. Wonderful crew and we will call again if the need arises.

Most impressed with Precision Door Service and it's technician, Jason Danson. When I called to schedule an appointment one was given to me for the next day, Sunday, much to my surprise. I was told I would receive an email confirmation which I did. Also, to my surprise they had a picture with the name of all the technicians. Most comforting to know I would recognize the technician when they came to my door. Jason called prior to arrival which I was told would happen. He was most professional and took no time to replace the spring and rollers which were also in need of replacement. Do not hesitate to contact Precision Door Service if the need arises. I will most definitely spread the word about this reliable group of professionals. 5+ star service is what you will receive.

Great service from very professional technicians, Damian Siskind and Larry Andrews. Damian came to our home and throughly explained all the available options offered for replacement of our garage doors. After we told him what we were interested in, Damian gave us a cost estimate that we thought was fair. Our doors were installed within two days by Larry and Damian and we are very pleased with the look and the quality. We will definitely recommend Precision Door of San Antonio.

My mother (92) had this door at her house repaired about 2 months ago. Something happened yesterday that made thegarage door mechanism not work (these things happen now and then). She called Gail (?) who she said was exceedingly nice and helpful and arranged to get someone out to the house within an hour (it was getting ready to storm and the door was stuck partially open) to determine what was wrong and to fix it. Mike Dahl showed up, was (per her), very nice, reassuring and professional. He fixed the problem in a relatively short period of time. She was VERY pleased with the response, niceness(?) and professionalism of both Gail and Mike and would recommend the company without any hesitation. We all know something can always go wrong with a repair; the important thing is what does the company do about it. Precision did exactly what they should have done: addressed the problem quickly and professionally. My mother (and I) very much appreciated it. Thank you.

The Precision Door technician called me about arriving approx. an hour early, which was fine by me (time is valuable for both of us!). The tech was very courteous & professional, immediately diagnosing my garage door problem. Got a new garage door opener installed, the entire system checked out & lubricated plus gave me some garage door "101" tips as well. Very good experience & I would highly recommend them!
