Caleb was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He called to notify me he was on his way. He even offered to pick up tacos or coffee which was very kind. Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.
