Thank you so much for your excellent service! We normally use a different company but when we called this morning they were unable to come out until Wednesday. A co-worker recommended your company and you were able to come today! The appointment process was very smooth and professional and Michael called ahead when he was on his way as requested. He did a full check of our door and opener, fixed what the problem was and made excellent recommendations. He was very courteous and professional! The best part is we now have a new garage door service provider!

Dan did a great, steady job on our door and explained whatever I asked and eventually helped me make a decision on how to make my door operate safely for longer. I did think the cost of rollers was a bit steep, but they are still now on our door and I will pass the life time cert/invoice he explained for the next possible owners. Other then the high cost of the rollers, the work was steady, effective and well done from what I see. Appreciate mostly the support you showed this military family on working w/ our schedule and molding to our needs as most companies sent by warranty companies totally are self centered and only think of their needs. You should advertise that you are flexible to active duty family's needs as we tend to have quite the inflexible scheduled assigned while serving the U.S.. So, most of all we appreciate that the most...your timely support.
