He arrived on time, accessed what I needed, and proceeded to install the new garage door opener. I have been most impressed by the knowledge and ability of the young man that serviced my garage door this morning. He explained everything to me and then demonstrated how to maintain the new unit that he installed. He explained to me that the spray that I had was the correct one to use and then demonstrated where to spray every six months. I was waiting for "BJ" to call when he was on the way and he did. That was important to me. I understand that that is a company policy but he followed the practice and that alerted me when he would arrive. Since then, I found from your pictures of agents that the gentleman was Bruce Moody. Thank you for sending him!

My garage door needed urgent repair on a Saturday morning after it came crashing down due to a broken spring. I could not open it manually, and my car was stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio and within 3 hours a technician arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate, which I thought was quite reasonable. The technician(Rick) fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. He was courteous, very professional and competent. She immediately took all my information, scheduled an appointment and answered all my questions. Within less than 2 hours later, I had BJ, service technician, at my door. Let me tell you, he was the most pleasant young man. He explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate of the costs for the repairs.

Aaron and Jesse found the problem quickly . Garage door handles were obstructing the smooth opening and closing of the the door. They repositioned them. The two men were very courteous . The appointment was for 2:00 to 4:30. He arrived at 6:15. He said the price quoted was $1,380. A half hour later he called and said $883. I called another company and they arrived on time and repaired the door right away for $605. I would not recommend this company.

Cannot say enough about the outstanding job your company did responding and repairing my garage door. I went to your company's website yesterday to schedule an appointment for today. The website was very easy to navigate and I was quickly informed that I had been scheduled and an email was sent to my account. The next day I was contacted by my technician Aaron R. who advised he was on the way out to the house. Upon arriving he did a detailed assessment of the damage and advised me of all my options (What could be done and Quote). Upon my selection of my chosen option Aaron went to work. Aaron completed the job in about 30-40 min. He explained everything that he had done and operated the door for me several times. Payment was made via one of the several options the company offers. From beginning to end this was a first class operation , vehicles marked and technicians in company uniform. Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable , and proficient. If you could clone this individual I would. Being retired from the military I was happy that the Aaron was also a veteran. I was also impressed in his no nonsense attitude and focus on precise mission accomplishment. He was also a very effective communicator to the point he won me as a client for life. All too often we are quick to criticize employees but please take the time to Thank Aaron for representing your company in such a positive manner. You are lucky to have him. Hello, my garage door stop performing. I called Precision Garage Door and to my surprising I was scheduled an appointment the same day. The Repairman came out, introduced himself and evaluated situation. I needed a new opener. He reinstalled a new garage opener within a hour. He did an awesome professional job and was very courteous. I contacted Precision Garage Door when the spring on one of my garage doors failed. In the 24 years since the garage doors were installed, I've never had an issue or had anything serviced except for occasionally lubricating the chain and rollers myself. After conferring with the technician, Aaron Rodriguez, and observing the wear, he provided an estimate for replacing vertically everything except the motor. It was obvious the work needed to be completed and, even though it was a bit expensive, I decided to have him do it all to both doors. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. The doors run smoothly and are quieter. Aaron had a very good work ethic, explained everything, and showed me how I should be lubricating the bearings. I'd recommend Precision Garage Door Service without hesitation and if I needed additional work, I'd request Aaron. The services performed: Replace everything except the motors and doors on 2 garage doors. Products purchased: Springs, rollers, cables, support bearings, bottom of door seals.
