Hello, my garage door stop performing. I called Precision Garage Door and to my surprising I was scheduled an appointment the same day. The Repairman came out, introduced himself and evaluated situation. I needed a new opener. He reinstalled a new garage opener within a hour. He did an awesome professional job and was very courteous. I contacted Precision Garage Door when the spring on one of my garage doors failed. In the 24 years since the garage doors were installed, I've never had an issue or had anything serviced except for occasionally lubricating the chain and rollers myself. After conferring with the technician, Aaron Rodriguez, and observing the wear, he provided an estimate for replacing vertically everything except the motor. It was obvious the work needed to be completed and, even though it was a bit expensive, I decided to have him do it all to both doors. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. The doors run smoothly and are quieter. Aaron had a very good work ethic, explained everything, and showed me how I should be lubricating the bearings. I'd recommend Precision Garage Door Service without hesitation and if I needed additional work, I'd request Aaron. The services performed: Replace everything except the motors and doors on 2 garage doors. Products purchased: Springs, rollers, cables, support bearings, bottom of door seals.
