I needed major garage door repair. I contacted Precision after looking on the internet and liking their reviews. Service man Nur showed up and introduced himself. A very nice man. He saw my garage door. Examined the problem(s), and made an assessment. He presented me with three solutions with no pressure to choose one. I selected one and he went right to work. Very knowlwdgeable about his work. He explained to me what he was doing and carried on. After he finished he explained to me everything he did. My door was working again. It was a very hot day and he did an excellent job. Thank you Nur for a job well done!!! Thank you Precision. I will gladly recommend you to anyone who needs their garage door fixed!!!

Kevin was actually early which was much appreciated. Went through all options on door repair. We chose to upgrade with all new parts even though we could have done just the springs.
