Friendly, knowledgeable, and had all parts necessary to fix my garage door. My old opener was LOUD and technician (Art) said it works but if the noise is an issue, I should replace with belt driven. I took his advice and he replaced it on the spot. No pressure, just honest and professional the whole way through. I will use them again!
