It is a very cold feeling when you need to exit your garage and the double door will not open due to a broken spring. Came in our house, looked up in the Yellow Pages and there your were, called 10:00 am and scheduled a same day repair, 2-4:00 pm were offered, I requested for 2 pm due to my departing home for work by 5 pm. At 11 am a call came through and we can be at your home by 12 o'clock noon. The very professional service installation was completed within a hour and I was not late for work. Service Tech gave my options and explained the valued difference. Yes it was the top dollar bid, never-the-less, we received our value worth and reassurance our door will continue without denial to our every day requirements. Precision Tech's were very courteous, careful workers, knew their trade and whistled while they worked and cleaned up the remains as if they were never there. Thank goodness we knew they were there rendering personal service as if they were accomplishing this service call at their own home. Precision Door Service gave our house hold Peace Of Mind, your company should be very proud of these service and installation personal, thank you for sending them out to our home. On the 19th of October Mr. Jason Dawson repaired a faulty overhead garage door which was not responding to our opener, he is a very knowledgeable and polite as he explained the repairs that needed to be done. I had a wonderful experience with Precision. I had a problem with a broken spring and needed a company who can fix the problem within a few hours. I called Precision and the technician was at my house within 4 hours and the problem was fixed within 45 minutes of the technician arrival. Awesome job!!

Technician arrived early . Very polite. Gave diagnosis and I decided to take the approximately 350 buck option. However, when he got up on ladder , saw it was just chain off the track, and didn't need new inner part. Final bill was l00. 90 . Did basic tune up, etc. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Honest and pleasant. Highly recommend Precision.

Monty and Adam were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the broken spring, adjusted the door, and lubricated all of the moving parts. They were prompt with our appointment and explained how to keep the doors properly lubricated to extend the life of the mechanism.

We had a power outage for several hours and after it returned one of our garage openers no longer worked. I called a “Neighborhood” door service and a fellow arrived later that day. He advised that the motor was gone and proceeded to try and sell us a very expensive replacement. Lots of charges and small “discounts.” Didn’t feel right. After another internet search, the Precicion webpage provided lots of info on their operations, employees, processes, etc. They also quoted many reviews by customers that gave us some assurance that they knew what they were doing. I called them and Monty arrived a few hours later. He was polite, nicely dressed and he got right to work. The old motor, about 7 years old, was shot and he explained our alternatives with reasonable pricing. We decided to use Precision and we are very happy with the results. Good people, good price and we feel confident that the door will continue to function for many years. Monty is a great employee and a valuable representative for your company. Thanks.

I called because my remote opener wasn't working. Not only did Mr Kuhn fixed that (replaced the battery), but also replaced some light bulbs in the overhead fixture and oiled the track to eliminate the awful squeaking. He did a great job and took less than an hour after coming right on time.
