Jason Dawson was on time and professional. Addressed all questions and explained what he was doing the entire time. He also let us know about a potential future issue with the door system, so we can plan for the eventuality of a break-down. His visit was a once-over of the entire system and a check of proper adjustment and tightening of all components.

I would highly recommend this company. Dan installed new rollers on my garage door, checked and secured the sensor on my garage wall, and programmed my new remote which I purchased from Precision. Dan was thorough, skilled, and very personable. He was on time and completed the repair quickly and was very efficient.

We found the ad for Precision in our local newspaper - LaVernia News. Our garage door needed repair and thought it would need to be replaced. Monty Morales, a very fine and knowledgeable individual responded to our call and assured us he could repair it which was a real blessing. He did a wonderful job with repairing it, saving us the cost of a new door. He is a great young man and as a result of his character and ability, we will call Precision again if the need arises. We called Precision after we found a broken garage door spring over the weekend. They offered a service call on Saturday or Sunday, at no additional cost, but we didn't need the service in a hurry, so told them it could wait until Monday. Monty came out Monday afternoon, calling beforehand to tell me that he would actually arrive a few minutes early. After surveying the damage, he told me what all he recommended, what it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. The job was completed within the time he estimated, and when he was finished, he gave me some tips on how to keep the garage door lubricated, especially since my husband does woodworking (which by its nature produces lots of sawdust) in the garage, plus the type of lubricant to use and the type to avoid because of all of the sawdust. He even demonstrated the easiest way to open a garage door with a busted spring, in case we needed to know that in the future. He was very friendly, professional, and forthcoming. We will definitely call on Precision and Monty again in the future if we need them.

I had a broken spring and snapped cable. I called Precision ans setup an appointment. Jason called me the day of the appointment and kept me informed on his whereabouts and showed up on time. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me his recommendation. I agreed, and he had all the parts with him and in no time my garage door was fixed and working better than ever!
