Not pleased. I authorized the work, it was finished and I paid. Later I called other garage door service companies to compare costs. After 3 estimates I got prices $300 and below, for the same work. Precision Charged me nearly $500. I guess my trusting nature cost me at least $200 this time around. Technician was nice and professional, unfortunately his company seems to be over charging for parts and service.

Joe Giles (think that was his last name) was excellent at the job. Our door was not working with the opener so was opening manually. It went off track and so called your service. Joe put the door back on track and found the motor was broke. He put a new one on, repaired the rollers that were bent and added a new key pad. Joe was very pleasant to have work on our garage door. He is a great representative of your organization!!

Our garage door broke on a Saturday and wouldn't go down. Precision was able to come out the same day and repair the door. I liked that the email I received confirming the appointment included the name of the tech and pictures of all the techs. If the tech who was scheduled to come to our house changed, I could easily confirm the new tech. This is a great safety feature. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable, replaced the spring that broke, replaced the rollers, and, when I mentioned that sometimes the door would stop closing if the sunlight hit the sensor just right, he fixed that occasional problem, too. Having the door repaired was a little spendy (in part because it was unexpected), but we felt it was money well spent. We will recommend Precision to our friends when their garage doors stop working.

May 30, 2018 Jason and Allen did a very professional job in repairing/ overhauling my 22 year old garage door. They also replaced the garage door opener. The door opens with ease and it is extremely quiet now. Thanks for a job well done! P.S. I like the extra touch of seeing a photo and a bio of the lead technician coming to the house!

Your company installed the garage door and opener originally and did such a nice job that we have never called anyone else to repair the opener; the problem with the opener has existed for about six years but we are on a fixed income and have been saving to take our granddaughters to Disney World, we have now booked our visit and could afford to have y'all look at it. The gentleman that came to look at the problem knew exactly what the remedy was and had it fixed in no time, he was extremely courteous and friendly and we thank you for having such quality personnel. 5 stars.

It’s nice tool find a company today that puts the customer first and goes above and beyond to satisfy them. I have had some trying times with contractors since the Hailstorm of 2016 hit our home. Precision Door has represented Clopay Doors Exceptionally Well and Dan from Precision has answered every phone call and question I’ve thrown at him. Clopays rep Tony even met with me to lend me a sample door to take home to match to my decor and he had a sample window sent for me to see as well!!!
