When Jason came over I explained to him that we are doing a renovation in several months and my plans do not include this garage door. Jason laid out several options and we tried one of them and the rood responded wonderfully. Jason went through and checked and adjusted all moving parts and he even went as far as to check every single bolt on the entire door. Very good job and they saved me several hundred dollars. I am so happy with the service i received I have already started telling people about it. Great job Precision and Jason and many thanks yous.

I called Precision in a panic Sunday morning after a malfunction caused my garage door to not open fully, hitting it on the way out. The door was hopelessly, I thought, bent and I was not able to remove my car! to make matters worse, it is a rental house and I want to take care of it. Jason came out that afternoon, as promised, and took care of the problem. He was able to straighten most of the door, repaired the loose edges, then did a thorough check of all the parts and systems. Jason was not only courteous and didn't make me feel foolish, and he made sensible recommendations giving me several options for further possible work. Not only would I recommend Jason and Precision, I hope to buy beautiful new doors from them when I purchase my own home.

ON 3/21/17 IVAN ROSALES , OUR TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROMPT,PROFESSIONAL,PERSONABLE,FAIR,CARING AND VERY PATIENT.HE PUT A BENT GARAGE DOOR BACK ON THE RAILS, IT GOT OFF TRACK FROM ME ACCIDENTALLY BACKING UP INTO THE DOOR ,THOUGHT IT WAS UP.IT WAS UP ABOUT 3-4 FT. I FELT REALLY BAD AND HE REASSURED ME HE SEES IT A LOT AND ,THE DOOR COULD OF BEEN DAMAGED A LOT WORSE.AFTER ASSESSING THE DAMAGE HE GAVE ME MY OPTIONS,REPAIR OR REPLACE,HE WAS 50, 50,THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN ABOUT 5 YRS.DECIDED ON REPAIR NOW.I LIKED THAT HE WAS HONEST IN HIS ASSESSMENT AND WAS NOT PUSHY. REPLACED 3 BROKEN HINGES,STRAIGHTENED BENT RAILS AND GLUED SPLIT RUBBER FROM BOTTOM OF DOOR WITH GLUE I GAVE HIM.NOTED SMALL CRACK IN UPPER PANEL.CHECKED BOTH DOORS OUT.EVERYTHING IN GOOD SHAPE.LUBRICATED BOTH DOOR TRACTS AND OTHER PARTS AS NEEDED.I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP AND CARING ATTITUDE.WE USED THIS CO. 2 OTHER TIMES IN THE PAST AND WAS SATISFIED .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CO.5 STARS.

Jason was here exactly when the dispatcher told me he would be and he did a wonderful job. He was completely professional and a master with garage door issues.
