I was very happy with the service. Even though the repair cost more than what I was hoping, because they needed to replace a shoddy, sub-par piece of equipment, that the home builders installed, the tech showed what broke and why it did. Plus, now the new part has lifetime replacement coverage. I want to change my garagw door out now and, whether we buy the door from Precision or not, I will definitely hire them to install it. Thank you all. Great job.

Technician Joe was to arrive at my home between 10-12. He called me around 9:30 to let me know he'd be at my home in 15 minutes. He fixed my garage door in a little over an hour. He communicated the repairs needed to me and he did an excellent job both explaining the issues and getting the job done. I would highly recommend Precision and I plan to use them for any garage door needs in the future.

HI!! Some time ago I had dealings with another company in the area. I am certain you know their name. The garage opener & key pad was totally unsatisfactory. The key pad was replaced 3 times. I didn't really want to buy a new motor today, but Dan was extremely professional. I knew it would be now or in the immediate future...I purchased today, and everything seems to be working 10 times better than with the previous equipment. Thank you.
