Excellent emergency response on a Sunday afternoon. JAMES was the bomb, hit the ground moving, my sectional was messed up he had it repaired and back in order in just over an hour. My garage died a slow death! It would work sometimes but most of the time it didn’t. My freezer is in the garage and I would have to walk through the house with my groceries. Then I could load frozen goods in the freezer. It was hassle! The repair saved me time in unloading my groceries! And many steps! I was pleased with the repair.

Brent, was early but called first to confirm his early arrival was going to work. He was very professional, answered all my questions. Job was done quickly, he explained maintenance moving forward, did a walk through on what he did so show me what to watch for in the future. He left lubricant, showed me where and when to use.
