David was totally professional and courtesy, so the problem was not really solved, have to put the battery back on in a few days to see if it was solved!! If I have to contact the garage door company (Chamblin) and if i need help to maybe install something on the opener you are going to charge me another $69.00 to come out here to install that doesn't make sense!! Also, I couldn't use any of the coupons you sent me!! Then why did you send them to me??

My garage door spring suddenly broke with a loud bang and the door was unmovable. I called Precision that afternoon and they sent an exceptional repairman the very next day. His name is Patrick and he did a fantastic job replacing the spring. He was on time, very polite and friendly and finished the job by cleaning up and removing the old broken spring. David Arreguin was our service technician. He came out exactly during the time that was scheduled. He thoroughly inspected the garage door assembly, explained what was wrong, offered suggestions as to what needed to be repaired and gave us an estimate and then promptly got to work. We needed new springs, pulleys, etc. After repeated daily use, parts do wear out. Precision always has the parts on hand to fix garage doors on the spot. No need to wait for parts to come in. The service was performed professionally and clean up was great. This is why we use Precision Overhead Door again and again!

Caleb was great! He explained everything and went over the work performed! Very professional and friendly. Do believe Precision could be more transparent about not servicing Wayne Dalton residential products/springs prior to sending a tech out. If not, customers will be paying a needless service charge or buying a new spring system ~$1,350-$1,600 versus just replacing the spring. I’m glad had the new spring system installed.

2nd house I have used Precision Garage Door Service. Problem with loud rough operation of builder grade opener. Installed new motor unit with wonderful lights, rollers, cables, main opener, remotes, and keypad. All problems solved. Except now, I do a double take whether the door is actually opening or closing because it is so quiet (and nice).

He further inspected the door to make sure no other damage was done. He noted some wear and tear but focused on the repair at hand. Without delay, completed the job.
