Having seen the ads on television and online, I chose Precision because it appeared to be a reputable company. I called, made an appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional, they explained the services and prices. Caleb Skaggs, the technician who installed my garage door opener, was timely and professional. My technicians were Aaron and Dustin. Both were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be adjusted ( the spring needed tightening , etc). Bearings were replaced. I watched as they completed repairs. Even though my garage door is several years old, they felt that it was still in fairly good condition. I appreciated the fact that they were being very honest about the condition of my door. I feel confident that my door will be in good working condition for some time now. My installer was superb. He was eager to get the job done despite the late hour on a Sunday afternoon. He explained the work needed, reviewed the products he recommended, I made a selection and he went to work and finished in the time he estimated. The installation is excellent and the door opener is way better than the one replaced which was noisy and able to be heard at the rear of the house. I barely hear it operating now even when standing in the garage.

Shouldn't have had to pay if they couldn't connect the remote. I was told on the phone, no problem, no matter the model, and the tech would be able to get me a remote and program it. Tech said it didn't work... Was charged a service trip fee, even though it wasn't my fault that I couldn't purchase the remote. Which is what I was told on the phone, "I would be charged a service trip fee if the tech comes out and I choose not purchase anything or any service." When I do buy a new opener, I won't use this company.

Moved into a new home and garage door was partially broken and not opening at all. Precision sent Ricky the next day who fixed it under an hour. Service was very efficient and affordable. We also received multiple tips on how to maintain the garage door system which is much appreciated. Definitely recommend precision for all garage services.

Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.
