I am very pleased with my experience with Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio. They were able to schedule a next day appointment and secure and replace one overhead door opener. Chris also cleaned up a prior installation by another company on a door pad. I plan on using this company again. Thank you Chris and thank you Precision.

My garage door is 26 years old and was making a lot of noise when going up and down. Going down it hit the ground with a loud bang. I assumed the door needed to completely replaced since it is so old. Chris came out from Precision Overhead Door to give me an estimate on replacing the door. After carefully inspecting the door panels and all the moving parts he identified a broken spring and issues with the rollers that he thought would take care of my problem. After carefully inspecting the panels he said they were in good shape despite their age. He gave me an estimate for repairing the existing door and for complete replacement. I opted for the repair and Chris did it on the spot. When he finished Chris gave me careful instructions on how to properly maintain the door. The door operates very quietly and smoothly now. I STRONGLY recommend Precision Overhead Door and also that you ask for Chris. The company clearly has a culture of wanting to do what is right and best for their customers. Also be sure and ask for Chris, he did a great job for me.

I have used Precision numerous times and have always been satisfied. I originally called because my remote was not working. After the technician tried several fixes, none of which worked, he explained my options and I decided to replace a very old garage door opener. I'm glad I did. Wesley and Jacob called to say they could arrive early, which was good. They evaluated the door and it was agreed to replace the opener. The installation was completed in a short time. I have been most impressed by the knowledge and ability of the young man that serviced my garage door this morning. He explained everything to me and then demonstrated how to maintain the new unit that he installed. He explained to me that the spray that I had was the correct one to use and then demonstrated where to spray every six months. I was waiting for "BJ" to call when he was on the way and he did. That was important to me. I understand that that is a company policy but he followed the practice and that alerted me when he would arrive. Since then, I found from your pictures of agents that the gentleman was Bruce Moody. Thank you for sending him!

My garage door needed urgent repair on a Saturday morning after it came crashing down due to a broken spring. I could not open it manually, and my car was stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio and within 3 hours a technician arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate, which I thought was quite reasonable. The technician(Rick) fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. He was courteous, very professional and competent. I will not hesitate to use Precision Overhead Company again for any garage door issues in the future.

Excellent service and very professional! Wes, our technician was patient to wait for me to get home as I was running late. He was quick to provide a quote with a couple of options. I ended up replacing the whole garage door unit. He had everything ready in his truck to get the work done right then and there! No pay in advance and then have to order the parts for a later date! I highly recommend this company for any garage door services!
