Had a 12 noon appt today but was called right after 9 am to ask if technician could arrive early? Service was done & clearly explained. Eventually the door opener will need replacing but not just yet. Yearly maintenance suggested. Can't remember techs name but he was great.

Our garage door wouldn’t open and our cars were still inside. We managed to get the door opened manually, but our cars were still inside. We had to leave the door up during Sunday night. So, early Monday, January the 6th, we called Precision Door Service. We were pleasantly surprised to get a return call within 30 minutes to tell us that we would get a technician, David Arreguin, within an hour. When he arrived, he told us about the company and then proceeded to access the problem. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, honest and so polite. He told us that we had a very good door and we only needed a complete spring system overhaul. What an honest man!
