Same day service. Communication on appt was great. Chose because the door that needed service is an Overhead Door and when googled there was an indication on one ad that Precision served the Schertz Tx area. Brent Huffman explained what was needed and did the service right then to correct the problem.

Service guy was nice , but had to pay for the repair because first installers didn’t know what they were doing and in a hurry. My wife will be calling on Monday to fix this.. it’s not right to pay twice to get garage doors and opener on house and then pay again , cause they did shitty work

Explained to Travis the garage door wouldn’t stay down, it would automatically pop back up. He watched the door go up & immediately identified the issue. He was very proficient in identification of the problem & repair.
