Mr Hugfman called to say he could arrive 30 minutes earlier because he was closer than expected. Upon his arrival, I showed him my garage door, and he gave me his assessment of the situation and some advice on what I should do if I made this mistake again. Mr. Huffman informed me of the total cost before he began working on my garage door, and I told him I was okay with the estimate. Approximately 10 minutes later, he was done, and my garage door was back working correctly. Mr. Huffman was very professional and courteous during his time at my home. I would highly recommend this company and him to my neighborhood, friends, and family that require garage door services.

I used this company last year and was very pleased. When I called today I asked for the same repairman. He came and was cross, acted irritated and angry. He talked harshly to me and told me “it’s NOT the door opener it’s the door! I told you last time it was the door! You NEED a new door! He got it working again today but talked to me with anger and frustration! I am 75 years old today in fact, and I do not remember him saying ANYTHING about me needing a new door last year. I can’t believe he was the same repair man today that fixed it last year. I will never use you again OR recommend you to anyone. I am so disappointed and since he harshly told me I needed a new door I will get one but I will never use your company again OR recommend your company to anyone else. He was rude, abrasive, and unkind.

I was very happy with Precision and am glad I chose them to repair and service the garage door at my house. They were very friendly, professional and punctual. I had a broken torsion spring and rather than just replacing the spring, the service expert went above and beyond to evaluate the system and explain to me and educate me on what caused the spring to break and then made the appropriate repairs and adjustments for the door to function properly without excessive drag or wear on its components and opener motor. I called Precision because I had seen the ads on tv. Brent Huffman, the repairman who responded to my call arrived early, found the problem, and quickly corrected the issue. He answered all our questions and gave us his personal recommendations. Our doors are 27 years old so an upgrade was warranted. Brent outlined what would be done about hardware, door choices, colors, and made the whole process easy to understand. He discussed warranty options and answered all our questions. It was a very pleasant experience.
