Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that your installation did not meet expectations, especially considering the investment you made. What you described regarding the wire management and cleanliness is not reflective of the standards we hold ourselves to, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to make things right. If you're open to it, we’d be glad to send a technician back out to address the wire management and any other issues from the initial install. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’d like the chance to ensure the work reflects the quality we strive for. Very professional technician. However, not sure if you have identified the problem correctly.

I used this company last year and was very pleased. When I called today I asked for the same repairman. He came and was cross, acted irritated and angry. He talked harshly to me and told me “it’s NOT the door opener it’s the door! I told you last time it was the door! You NEED a new door! He got it working again today but talked to me with anger and frustration! I am 75 years old today in fact, and I do not remember him saying ANYTHING about me needing a new door last year. I can’t believe he was the same repair man today that fixed it last year. I will never use you again OR recommend you to anyone. I am so disappointed and since he harshly told me I needed a new door I will get one but I will never use your company again OR recommend your company to anyone else. He was rude, abrasive, and unkind.

Chris did an excellent job repairing our garage door. It was a small issue between the door and our remote control. He was patient and explained what needed to be done. I would use Precision again.

The technician arrived 31 minutes earlier than I anticipated, and did so without a courtesy call to let us know he was on the way. He also left a few small bits of trash in the form of a plastic cover for the opener cord, and a strip of adhesive wrap on the garage floor. The new garage door opener is nice, though I don't understand why I was charged a service call fee when they ended up replacing the opener.

I had looked at Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio a few years ago, and at the time,e I recall the prices were reasonable. When Johnny came over and quoted three Garage Door openers at $1000 above cost, I regretted calling because if I said no, I would have been charged a fee for just coming out. Reluctantly, I agreed, and while I like the product, the installation (specifically, the wire management) was messy, and I'll probably have to redo it myself. In addition, when mounting the wire, they left greasy handprints on my ceiling and walls. So now I have to clean them or repaint over them. Overall, they weren't worth the premium they charge. If you want to pay $1000 for labor and get a mediocre job completed quickly, this is your company.
