Chris was the technician that arrived on time and was extremely professional. He not only fixed the issue I had with the garage door opener but also took the time to review the initial installation. He noticed a slight angle on the unit and took the time to move the unit to the correct angle so as to not have any additional strain on the opener over time. The technician that came out to my place of residence, did a fantastic job! The technician gave me quite a few options and did not try to upsell me on things that were not needed. The technician also diagnosed the problem with efficiency and precision for both of my garage doors I chose the option I wanted and the technician got to work and finished in a timely manner. It was slightly pricey, as all things these days, but you get what you pay for and it was totally worth it! Thank you again!!

The technician who came was very courteous and professional. The overhead door was not always closing. Of course it preformed perfectly while he was here. He checked everything and couldn't find anything wrong. It is still doing the same thing, but we always manage to find a way to close it. He said it was a courtesy call and didn't charge us.

A couple of days ago I was going to go to Walgreens for senior day. I got in the car to go and tried to close the garage door but the remote failed. I then went to open the garage door with the outside remote, but it failed also. So I called Precision Garage Door to get an appointment with their technician. This company originally installed the garage door opener about 20 years ago. During that time we have regular maintenance and have been extremely pleased with them. The next morning Wes, the technician came over and found boxes blocking the sensor. I felt so bad that I wasted his time. Wes was so professional and so friendly and comforting to me. He didn’t charge me and asked if he could inspect the garage door opener while he was there and he would submit his findings to me. He gave me 2 maintenance plans and a plan for a new motor since ours is over 20 years old. I am very pleased with the price of our options and very happy with the company and its quality. Ricky remembered my door from a previous call and confirmed that the opener motor had failed (gears) this time. I asked if I could purchase and install a new Genie myself, and he was kind enough to recommend a belt-drive vs. screw drive. I told him that my grandson was staying with us and could help me, so he understood. Thanks Precision for a very neighborly way of doing business.

Contacted Precision Overhead Door for a garage door tuneup. It had been a while since I last contacted them, but they still had my contact information. I asked when the next available appointment would be, and they indicated they could be out that afternoon between 12 and 4. The technician, Brian Scalia, arrived at 2:30. He did a thorough evaluation of the door, lubricated the joints, realigned the tracks to make the door run more smoothly, and identified some areas for possible maintenance in the future. Brian was friendly, but professional. I appreciated the rapid response on a routine service call.

I have a lake house in Seguin and the keypad for the garage door was not working. I called Precision and they had someone out within 3 hours of my call. The garage door opener was 17 years old and power outages in the area were affecting its operation with the keypad. I had Brian replace the garage door opener and keypad and do an overall inspection. He cleaned up the rollers and installed new springs as well and now we are up and working again. Brain was very communicative and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Brian!
