Ricardo Hernandez was the garage door technician that came to my rescue when I needed my current garage door system replaced. I had the old style system of two springs on either side of the garage door to assist opening and closing. I’ve repaired these systems in the past, but have grown tired of stringing cables and springs together. Ricky replaced my old system with the current system that most newer homes have…one tension spring over the door getting rid of my laundry line of cables and springs. Ricky did an excellent job and I commend Precision for his training and knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs a professional to repair their garage. Quick and excellent is an understatement. Old garage door opener failed. At 1:40pm I was able to schedule an appointment on line for 2:00pm. At 1:45 tech, Wes Eskew text that he was on his way. He performed a total system check and found the 20 yr old opener failed. Replaced all and was gone at 4:00pm. Great job!

Aaron was our technician. Not only was he on time but he called us and said he was ahead of schedule could he come now. He was polite and professional while performing the service. A few years ago, the main spring (attached to the wall above the door) broke. Precision replaced it at a reasonable price. Then, a few years ago, the garage door opener was acting up. Precision sent out an employee, who after working on it, told me that he was going to replace it for free, because it got worse after he attempted to fix it. That, of course, was a very nice surprise. So, last week, the door started freezing up while going down. I tried lubricating the rollers, but yesterday it froze up again as I was leaving. I called Precision, and their employee: rewired the motion detectors; replaced a few hinges; and replaced all of the rollers at a reasonable price.

Rick was my installer of a new motor and accessories for my Garage Door. I received a text prior to his arrival telling me a little about him along with a picture--This is a very reassuring process with the ID of the installer. He assessed the problem with the operating process of the door and gave me 3 cost options. He worked quickly with the installation of Rollers- Motor- Belt-electric eye and other items and explained what he had done and even programed my vehicle with the new code.
