One of our two 22 year-old garage door openers quit working last week. Having had very good service from Precision in the past, I called and asked them to take a look at our old openers and make a recommendation to repair or replace. Based on several factors, we chose to replace our garage door openers. Precision installed the new openers the very next day. From start to finish, Aaron was professional, friendly, and he did a great job explaining our options. After the installation, he made sure he explained all of the features of the openers and that I had no questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Our pressure spring broke this morning. Called Precision and was able to get a appointment same day. Mr Wesley was on time. Our garage door wouldn’t open and our cars were still inside. We managed to get the door opened manually, but our cars were still inside. We had to leave the door up during Sunday night. So, early Monday, January the 6th, we called Precision Door Service. We were pleasantly surprised to get a return call within 30 minutes to tell us that we would get a technician, David Arreguin, within an hour. When he arrived, he told us about the company and then proceeded to access the problem. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, honest and so polite. He told us that we had a very good door and we only needed a complete spring system overhaul. What an honest man!
