Precision installed my garage door opener several years ago. I called because I needed to replace my remote. I called on Saturday and got an appointment for the next day. Jonathan was scheduled for 2p and called to say that he could arrive earlier if we'd be avaliable. We were and he arrived within 15 minutes. We are very satisfied with the service he provided. Jonathan was professional, courteous, efficient , and a good listener. Even though we just needed the replacement remote, he conducted a brief inspection and called out some things we need to keep an eye on. At some point we'll need additional servicing and we'll no doubt return to Precision.

Wes the tech arrived onsite and I explained what we needed to have done. He did his inspection of the doors and provided 3 options pending the condition of the parts. He described what he found and what was needed and the cost. I approved the work and he completed it to our satisfaction. He very professional and friendly and easy to talk with. Alex from Precision Garage Door Service in San Antonio went above and beyond for us! Our garage door suddenly stopped working, and I was worried we’d need a full replacement. Ricky Hernandez texted, called and then arrived in his window. He was thorough and professional. Best of all, he advised as to remedies for the last 'outlaw' that worked on our garage door just six months prior from another local neighborhood company and ways to correct previous mistakes. Couldn't believe how little mistakes make a big difference. Ricky didn't pressure me to buy anything or repair anything. Just made suggestions and let me decide. Couldn't believe how quiet and smoothly both doors worked after he made all the adjustments and lubricated. He even showed me ways to keep maintenance on my doors in the future with lubricants, adjustments, etc. It was expensive but if you want professional results, go to Precision Door. And Ricky.

When my garage door cables broke on a Sunday evening, I was quite worried about the entire process. Not only was my vehicle trapped in the garage, but I was worried that it would take weeks to get repaired. However, Ricky came out the next day to help, and he was able to free my car. He helped me choose a door to match our brick and said it was available for installation Wednesday. So the door was purchased and the installation was scheduled for Wednesday morning between 8-10. That morning, Wyatt called about 7:30 and said he was 40 minutes out. When he arrived at 8:10, we went over the door specs to ensure he had the right parts, then he got to work. He said he was hoping to be finished in 4 hours. He was finished in 3! Both men were knowledgeable and friendly. I am so glad I contacted Precision Garage Door Service!

First and foremost, I want to thank and commend technician Brian Scalia for reaching out before my appointment and introducing himself as the technician who will be assessing my garage door problem. Mr. Scalia was nearby and was able to schedule my appointment sooner than expected and was at my residence in less than 45 minutes. Mr. Scalia's approach was respectful, polite, and very accurately informed about garage doors. He politely advised and recommended different options, and prices and answered all my questions very patiently. I had already set my mind on a simple garage spring adjustment, but after considering the cost of a short-term repair verses the long-term investment based on the detail information from Mr. Scalia. I was convinced that investing long-term garage door product by Precision Overhead Door would be the best choice. So, I invested my money on Genie Garage Door Opener. Mr. Scalia's installation was detailed oriented, professional, clean, meticulous, and completed in a timely manner. Afterwards, Mr. Scalia took the time, to instruct, and inform me on every operational detail of the door opener, including setting up the app on my iPhone for Genie Garage door opener. I was surprised to learn the opener was very disable friendly, easy to use. I was impressed, and extremely happy and highly recommend Precision Overhead Door and Mr. Scalia to friends, family, and to the veteran community.

Our garage door broke and I called Precision, who not only came out within an hour, they were able to repair it on the spot, even though it was getting late into the evening. The installer, Brian, was so knowledgeable, friendly, fast, polite, explained all our options in detail, and gave us the best discounts available.
