I have a lake house in Seguin and the keypad for the garage door was not working. I called Precision and they had someone out within 3 hours of my call. The garage door opener was 17 years old and power outages in the area were affecting its operation with the keypad. I had Brian replace the garage door opener and keypad and do an overall inspection. He cleaned up the rollers and installed new springs as well and now we are up and working again. Brain was very communicative and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Brian!

We had used Precision in the past for various garage door issues. A few years back they replaced the motors in both of our doors. Decided that the doors needed an annual review and tune up. Jonathan was great at assessing the need for new rollors and installing them as well as the rubber lip at the bottom of both doors. One less household item to worry about.

The bluetooth board on my garage door opener stopped working on a unit that I had installed a year earlier so it would no longer connect to the wifi. The manufacturer sent a new part so I contacted Precision to have it installed. They sent out the same technician (Ricky) who had installed the opener the year before. Ricky is amazing! He's super knowledgeable and one of the nicest people you would ever meet. It was then end of the day and we were in the hot garage (in Texas in August) and he fixed the problem with a smile on his face the entire time. He definitely gets 5 stars! It was a true pleasure to work with him. You can tell he's someone who really loves what he does!
