Brian was the technician that did my garage door repair job and it was quite an extensive repair. He was very professional, and laid out in detail what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I initially thought the price was a bit high, but there’s value beyond finding the absolute lowest price. Repair job was done promptly, neatly, the door is working greater and smoother than before. The bluetooth board on my garage door opener stopped working on a unit that I had installed a year earlier so it would no longer connect to the wifi. The manufacturer sent a new part so I contacted Precision to have it installed. They sent out the same technician (Ricky) who had installed the opener the year before. Ricky is amazing! He's super knowledgeable and one of the nicest people you would ever meet. It was then end of the day and we were in the hot garage (in Texas in August) and he fixed the problem with a smile on his face the entire time. He definitely gets 5 stars! It was a true pleasure to work with him. You can tell he's someone who really loves what he does!

I recently had surgery and was unable to see what the problem was when a friend bumped into the garage door. Being Friday evening I got online and made an appointment for the next day so we had a functional door as soon as possible. The technician assigned was Wesley who stayed in touch before arriving and was able to fix the issue and did a safety check.
