because I've done business with them since around 2008 and I am very happy with their service. I contacted Precision Garage Doors and received help quickly. Patrick spotted the trouble almost immediately and repaired the door in minutes. He also noticed "loud banging" that was occurring every time the door went up and down. He fixed that problem as well and now my garage door goes up and down very smoothly. Patrick was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He was also very honest and didn't try to sell me a new door but simply explained the problems and mentioned the door just needed to be maintained. I wouldn't go with any other garage door company.

Aaron and Juston were sent to my home to inspect a garage door opener that was making a bad noise when it was operated. They did their safety inspection and found that the motor and chain were all part of the problem. They gave me the estimates to repair or to replace. I decided to go ahead and replace it since the home is 23 years old. They did a great job replacing the opener and all of the other things that were needed like springs, pullies, bearings.

Technician arrived at stated time, which pleased me and my wife. He explained what might have caused our door to have the problem since it worked well om its own.
