Celeb Skaggs came to my house on a Saturday morning and replaced a broken spring. Celeb did a great job installing the new spring and cleaned up after himself as well. He was also very kind and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Caleb was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He called to notify me he was on his way. He even offered to pick up tacos or coffee which was very kind. Overall everything was explained to me and the bill was less than was estimated. He also recommended future upgrades. This is not the first time I haves used precision and won’t be the last.

Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.
