The gentlemen who came out for the service were amazing and informative. They both represented the company well. The only reason I didn't choose a 5-Star rating was due a surprise-cost added that was not shared when I asked for a total cost when the appointment was set.

I appreciated the timely response and fast turnaround as well as speed of repair. I do think the cost seems excessive, ie why is there a repair cost as well as labor? There were no parts involved.

Unfortunately due to COVID since January we have had 7 price increases, we have tried to absorb most of the cost. But unfortunately a small portion has to be passed on to the customer. The Svc Rep, Jason Dawson, quickly identified the problem of a wiring defect. He also noticed that one of the brackets was broken and needed replacement. Also said the rollers needed to be replaced. After work was completed it was a noticable improvement of the garage door opening and closing and much quieter. I would have given a 5 star rating except for price of parts. I was given a little price break on the overall billing. I still do highly recommend this company.

Technician didn’t know why remotes didn’t work properly. Could only offer to sell me new ones at a price that was way too high. Mechanical work was fine.

Their service call of $49 was very reasonable. They came the same day. Their work so far looks great. The only down side was that the whole garage door opener was a little pricey and they only had one model with them to fit my existing one. However, I chose not to wait and had it installed that day.
