We had Precision Door come to our house to fix the garage door and are very happy. Our technician's name was Monty Morales and he was excellent . He was very nice and his work was fantastic. I didn't think he would be able to fix the door, but he did. he knows his stuff!

Making the appointment was simple and the scheduler was very pleasant to work with even on a Saturday. Outstanding service by Jason and Alex. Jason Dawson was the technician and he did a great job fixing our problem and doing maintenance to prevent future problems. He also pointed out some items that may potentially cause problems in the future but were ok for now. He did not try and pressure me into buying extra products or purchasing more items.

I was very happy with the service. Even though the repair cost more than what I was hoping, because they needed to replace a shoddy, sub-par piece of equipment, that the home builders installed, the tech showed what broke and why it did. Plus, now the new part has lifetime replacement coverage. I want to change my garagw door out now and, whether we buy the door from Precision or not, I will definitely hire them to install it. I bought a garage door opener from Sears and had no idea how to install it. I called Precision and they were extremely helpful. I had scheduled it out a week because the delivery time for the opener was the day before. The opener showed up the next day and instead of waiting a week, I called Precision and they scheduled for the next business day even after the holiday weekend. Jason Dawson, their technician, showed up onsite on time and extremely friendly. Super professional and completed my install in no time. Jason walked me through the entire opener on how it worked (mine you this was not their product) and then explained the do's and don'ts to keep my system running optimally. I see why Precision is so exceptional due to its employees like Jason. Thank you Precision, you own all my future garage door needs.
