Hello, my name is Greg Garcia. I'm a born Texan from Houston, and I was raised here in this great city we call San Antonio! I'm a devoted father to an 8-year-old son. Family is everything and I was brought up that way from a retired Marine of 26 years that I call Dad. I love anything and everything to do with our great outdoors. Fishing, hunting, sports, etc... Greg was on time, he gave me three choices on repairs after explaining what each choice entailed. The garage door was making terrible noises. Gregg came out promptly, diagnosed a failing motor, and gave me repair options and an estimate. He replaced the motor yesterday and the door works smoothly and quietly ...best it's been in years! Response time was always less than 24 hours. Greg was friendly and informative ,,, very good to work with.

I chose Precision because I had use them before with a very positive experience. Today with Greg was similar to my first experience. Greg was able to come a little early, promptly diagnosed and corrected the issue with our opener and was on his way. Saturday afternoon, no less. Absolutely recommend this company!!

Just had a terrible inconvenience with my garage door going out. The doors were installed over a year ago and we had not had any problems. I called Precision and they promptly responded in a little over an hour. Greg came out and quickly located and fixed two problems and mentioned the work was guaranteed. I only paid the service charge and he said if they need to come out again within the next thee months that there would not be a fee. Greg was most helpful and explained to me and my wife what to do if we ever found ourselves in this situation in the future. The great customer service quickly put us at easy. Thank you Precision!!

The scheduling of the garage door emergency repair appointment for Sunday was amazingly easy, and the scheduler was helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. The technician arrived on time, and discovered and fixed the garage door problem right away. He answered all my questions even before I had time to ask them. When I asked about replacing the garage doors and equipment, he was extremely helpful, not pushy, and was honest about what really needed to be replaced or upgraded. The cost was reasonable for a Sunday morning emergency repair. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Company.

We have been with Precision Garage Doors since we moved here 15+ years ago. This was only our 2nd time having to reach out to them due to ground movement that affected the opening/closing. They came out right away, Greg was very courteous and friendly, explaining what caused the problem and what needed to be fixed, just a minor readjustment! Great company!
