Excellent service and very professional! Wes, our technician was patient to wait for me to get home as I was running late. He was quick to provide a quote with a couple of options. I ended up replacing the whole garage door unit. He had everything ready in his truck to get the work done right then and there! No pay in advance and then have to order the parts for a later date! I highly recommend this company for any garage door services!

Wesley and Jacob called to say they could arrive early, which was good. They evaluated the door and it was agreed to replace the opener. The installation was completed in a short time. Wesley proceeded to set up and explain operations and also set up two cars to the opener. Great job. Polite guys. I would not hesitate to have them service again.

Everything went great. My service technician (Wesley) was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He arrived on time, accessed what I needed, and proceeded to install the new garage door opener. He did the set up on the remote access to open/close the door to include my auto, outdoor keypad, and phone. All done in about an hour. Terrific work. Thanks!!

I have been most impressed by the knowledge and ability of the young man that serviced my garage door this morning. He explained everything to me and then demonstrated how to maintain the new unit that he installed. He explained to me that the spray that I had was the correct one to use and then demonstrated where to spray every six months. I was waiting for "BJ" to call when he was on the way and he did. That was important to me. I understand that that is a company policy but he followed the practice and that alerted me when he would arrive. Since then, I found from your pictures of agents that the gentleman was Bruce Moody. Thank you for sending him!

The appointment was for 2:00 to 4:30. He arrived at 6:15. He said the price quoted was $1,380. A half hour later he called and said $883. I called another company and they arrived on time and repaired the door right away for $605. I would not recommend this company.

Hello, my garage door stop performing. I called Precision Garage Door and to my surprising I was scheduled an appointment the same day. The Repairman came out, introduced himself and evaluated situation. I needed a new opener. He reinstalled a new garage opener within a hour. He did an awesome professional job and was very courteous. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that needs work on their garage door.

He was very courteous and professional throughout the service call. He provided us with a detailed estimate for a number of options and went straight to work once we had chosen what we wanted done, which went beyond repairing the broken spring in one of 3 garage doors. The initial company placed our garage door back on track with a 30 day warranty. Approx 30 days to the date it was off-track again.The initial company send an affiliate to service our garage door. I sincerely believe the second company did not diagnosed the problem as well. I felt like the problem was not being addressed as it should be especially after putting out $346.00 and still "NO GO". I looked up several companies in Schertz-Cibolo area and saw the reviews for your company and liked them. Your technician, Mr Travis Bartley came and I could see his professional attitude and his experience in the matter. Very through in all he did. Cannot ask for more. Thank You Very Much!!!

Precision Garage Doors was excellent and provided us great service. We had issues with our garage door opener not opening/closing properly and they came out twice. Made our first service call right by honoring our service call. Eventually we had to install a new motherboard. In which Wesley replaced this morning. He is very professional and kind.
