Called this morning at 8:30 and spoke with Kimmi. She scheduled us between the hours of 12 to 2 pm, same day. Brent called and stated he could be there a bit earlier if that was ok, which of course it was. In short order he repaired the issue explaining as he went, would never use any other company. Brent came out a couple hours after my husband had called in about our garage door problem. He showed up and within a short amount of time our garage door was as good as new. Not sure if my first review went through. They called ahead and actually showed up 15 minutes early. They finished on time. They explained all my options clearly. They did the job and spent a fair amount of time explaining how things worked. They did a great job of clean up. I don't recommend many folks but I do recommend these two men. I am 99% sure their names were James and Brent.
