Wow was impressed when I called that they came out the same day. We called Precision because previous owner used this company to install garage door. Jason Dawson and another young man, sorry can’t remember his name were very professional, polite and a joy to work with. It had been 5 years since this door had been installed so we felt very comfortable on the recommendation that Jason gave us and trusted what he told us. Highly recommend this company and will let folks know on the Nextdoor App if they need service call Precision.

Very pleasant, Service Tech. Very knowledgeable in his professions. gave us options , but never pressured us . He merely stated which options would possibly prevent later emergencies at importuned times. When all services were done he went over all he had serviced and worked the overhead door so we could view it in operation mode. replaced rollers, replaced garage door emergency stop sensors and replaced overhead door springs. Up to now were very satisfied with the work done.

Our garage door wouldn't open finally figured out a spring had broken. Didn't quite know where to turn , looked online and found Precision. Good reviews, a 24 hour chat line and made my appointment Sunday night. The technician (Monty Morales) was here promptly at the time scheduled time and did a wonderful job repairing our garage door. I highly recommend this company if you need garage door repairs.

The service performed was an overdue inspection for four overhead garage doors, which is not a choice for this survey. A Jason D. was the service man, he called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and friendly. He didn't waste any time and new exactly the cause of one of the doors issue which was sticking. The only negative about this service was that the lubricant spray used on the track, rollers and guides has a very foul crude oil smell. It took several days to go away and lingered a little longer inside my truck. it did however make the three garage doors sound brand new, and did completely go away after a week. A warning up front would be a good idea. I definitely asked for a Precision Label for the inside of the door for the next service.

Was able to get an appointment quickly. Technician showed up on time and was friendly and explained everything that he was going to do. Door was old and needed a lot of new parts. Replaced them quickly and it works like new again! Would recommend their services.

Jason installed a new garage door opener today at our home. He called prior to arriving and arrived when he said he would. It was estimated to be a 2 hour install and it was finished in 90 minutes. The entire workmanship, customer relationship and clean up met and exceeded all my expectations. I have 3 garage doors and a few years ago hired Precision Door for a job and as a result of that experience, I will always call Precision for any garage door repair need.

The service technician, Jason, realigned the beams and secured the mounting bracket. Also, he installed a metal reinforcing bracket on the door where the opener is mounted. The door had operated perfectly after the last service. Then, there were inexplicable problems with closing the door. Something apparently hit and bent the beam bracket and caused this problem. Prompt service solved the problem. All technicians have shown professional skill and courteous service.
