Technician Joe was to arrive at my home between 10-12. He called me around 9:30 to let me know he'd be at my home in 15 minutes. He fixed my garage door in a little over an hour. He communicated the repairs needed to me and he did an excellent job both explaining the issues and getting the job done. I would highly recommend Precision and I plan to use them for any garage door needs in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up an appointment for the same day. Dan was the service technician dispatched to us. Dan was prompt and courteous. Dan evaluated the situation and quickly was able to resolve our issue. We were not sold service we did not need and he had parts were readily available. Great job Dan! I called at 8:05 in the morning and they had someone here 1 1/2 hours later. Really happy with that. Also happy that they waived the service fee because they had done work on our garage door 5 weeks earlier (in what turned out to be a totally unrelated repair to the current one). Door spring broke late AM Sat., Jul 16 and I couldn't open door, so I could get vehicles out as I was preparing to run an errand. Called Precision and appointment was set for 1-3 PM, that quick. Larry Andrews was well on time, professional and knowledgeable. Inspected door thoroughly after work was done, and advised to keep an eye on it, as it may soon need to be replaced possibly within next few months. He gave me a complete walk thru as to why he was recommending a new one, mainly from a safety aspect. (Door is 18 years old and builders grade) Gave me estimates for new one, suggested which would be best for my home and a detailed explanation as to why he was recommending it. Really did appreciate that. Excellent experience all the way.

I chose your company because I used your service before to install a new garage door opener and have been very happy with it's performance. The Techniciam immediately accessed the problem, found a broken spring, made the repair, inspected all components and briefed me on his repairs he completed. I rate him and his work a "5". The repairman was prompt and very knowledgeable of what was needed to effect the repair. The biggest drawback to an immediate repair was the fact that the part was not in stock. There was very little delay in completing the repair.

Not only was he on time, he 2 actually a few minutes early and called me ahead of time to make sure it would be okay for him to come early. Then, he very quickly diagnosed a sensor problem with my door and got it working properly. He also have me excellent advice for my other door.
