Had bad garage door opener which was replaced quickly. Serviceman Jason Dawson, whom previously repaired my my garage door with all new parts, is a true professional. He gave me great tips on remote control synchronization as well as identifying minor issues.

Patrick was great. He was very professional and did a great job. This is the the first garage door opener I’ve had that literally doesn’t make a sound. Patrick explained everything and showed me how to work all the controls. The price I was quoted was exactly the price I paid. I chose this company on my brother’s recommendation and I’m glad I did.

Prices were reasonable and both times I’ve called them they were able to come out same day or the next business day to fix my older door. Technicians did a great job of letting me know what my options were without pressuring me into upsells and did the work efficiently. Door is working great now!

I called in the morning about the broken spring in my garage. James Ward was able to come out and fix the broken spring immediately and convert my cheap setup with a torsion system. James was fast and informative and was in and out in about an hour. Thanks, James!!

Same day service. Communication on appt was great. Chose because the door that needed service is an Overhead Door and when googled there was an indication on one ad that Precision served the Schertz Tx area.
