I received same day service. I needed a wire spliced back together and the price was $119.00. I think that price for splicing wires together was rather high. I agreed and had the work done.

We were having issues with our garage door closing properly. Patrick Mulholl came by today, and readjusted our garage door opener sensors. He also performed a garage door tune-up The door is opening and closing properly now, and is operating much quieter. Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. Precision was recommended by my daughter who used them several times in the past and was very pleased with their work. Before I talked to my daughter I had another company come out and they gave me an estimate which was very high. I scheduled an appointment online with Precision and Patrick arrived the next morning on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite explaining all that was needed to repair my door. The price was several hundred dollars less than the other company. The door is working great and I am very happy how he handled everything and cleaned up taking all broken parts. Tech came out for the appt the same day I called. As a matter of fact he texted and asked if it was ok if he came early! Very knowledgeable - had to change/convert the type of tension spring my door had so it was pricey. Tech did what he could to keep costs down.
