Family is everything and I was brought up that way from a retired Marine of 26 years that I call Dad. I love anything and everything to do with our great outdoors. Fishing, hunting, sports, etc... After buying a new garage door and opener from Precision. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of product and the courteous and professional employee that installed it all. Couldn't have gone any better. A few months later, after settling, the door was binding slightly. I called and Precision sent out Greg. He was extremely polite and professional. Let me know everything he was doing and why. If I could only get this kind of customer service from other companies!! 5-start company and employees. Would highly recommend for any garage door/opener needs. My hat is off to them!

People fine, prices fine, but poor integrity. Quoted a price on phone, almost triple when tech arrived. Did not have those funds available at that time, had to pay $69 for showing up. Got me there with false information and took my money anyway- poor business practice.

I used this company several years ago to install a new door and gave them an excellent rating. Moved to a new location and needed help with the existing door. Same experience- excellent. Greg was very professional and friendly. Called on the way, right on time and finished the job very quickly. Precision knows what they are doing and do it very well. I liked what I saw in the tv ads and then when my garage door was acting up I went online and scheduled an appointment. Greg called before he headed over. He was polite and professional and explained what he saw and what he could do. I was impressed with the lifetime warranty and agreed to the repairs he recommended. He was done in about an hour and oh my gosh! Night and day difference! No more noisy jerking movements. It opened and closed smoothly. The scheduling of the garage door emergency repair appointment for Sunday was amazingly easy, and the scheduler was helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. The technician arrived on time, and discovered and fixed the garage door problem right away. He answered all my questions even before I had time to ask them. When I asked about replacing the garage doors and equipment, he was extremely helpful, not pushy, and was honest about what really needed to be replaced or upgraded. The cost was reasonable for a Sunday morning emergency repair. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Company.
