Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

Technician Jason Dawson came to our house on a very cold and rainy evening. He cheerfully and diligently worked on our garage door until it was 100% repaired. This was our second encounter with Jason and both times he did a great job in explaining the problem and fixing the door. Jason provided exceptional customer service repairing our opener problem. Thankfully some lubrication and adjustment solved our issue. Jason did not attempt to pressure sell but informed us what might happen with our 17 year old system and what options and costs might be in the future. He was punctual, courteous, and resolved the issue quickly. We will definitely use Precision again.
