Mike is originally from Detroit and has more than 20 years in the Garage Door Industry. He is well educated in the business and loves working with customers, and assisting them with their needs. He now resides in Texas with his wife and 4 children. Mike served in the Army in the 2nd Division 75th Ranger Regiment. Mike has also been trained as an EMT and was a Volunteer Fireman for 6 years. In his spare time he likes learning about history, loves to travel, and enjoys hiking and camping with his family.

Last week I requested a technician to come by my house to repair my garage door. The left side garage door had become extremely noisy and sounded as if it was going to derail and/or break apart. I have never heard a garage door sound so awful! Mr. Mike Dahl was the Precision representative assigned to remedy my situation. Within a short period of time he had the problem diagnosed and was remedying the situation, which was replacing all of the rollers. The difference between the original rollers and the rollers Mike installed were a difference of night and day! I wanted to advise you of what I feel certain Precision is already aware and that is Mike's wonderful personality, knowledge, and professionalism. He was a delight to have in our home and is an asset to Precision Door. The company is well represented when Mike is on the job. He is the type of employee each company desires to have on their staff.
