Dan the Technician seem to very knowledgeable in his craft and performed his duties promptly. I am a senior citizen and retired military but did not receive a discount for either. Just in conversation I mentioned I was a retired soldier.I notice that you do give discounts for one or the other but I was not offered a discount for either in the past I believe you did give me a senior citizen discount.R. Chose Precision to do this repair because we did't trust another group that came out less than a month ago for another situation. Much, much happier here. Very friendly folks, do what they say, when they commit to do it and very professional at all times. Feels like dealing with close family. VERY IMPORTANT!! Legitimate companies will not charge you a 'service charge' unless you get them to diagnose and refuse services. Never a problem here. Everyone else tried to see me a new garage door without even discussing how to repair my garage door. Precision was the only one who said they could repair my door and even sent someone out the next day. The repair took only 5 minutes!, and the repairman (Joe Sillitoe) even adjusted my door spring.
