After reviewing the website, we met with a representative who described what they could do for us. The statement of work was clear, met our needs, and the price was very reasonable. If you ever need the services of a professional garage door repair person, the company to call is Precision Door Service, 210-775-0743. My garage door-opener is approximately 29 years old. It has been in good operating condition until September 2014 at which time it stopped working. I called Precision and Mike came out the next day and fixed the Genie. Gave it a new capciter and again it was working just light new. This month I called them again because it was maiking loud noises some of the cables were hanging loose. When Dan got here he found the problem right away. A large spring had broken. He fixed the spring and noticed that the rollers needed to be replace so he did what he called a "complete overhall". Now, for a little over $400 it works like brand new and is covered for life. I'd say that's a pretty good deal. The technicians are very friendly and helpful and know what they are doing. They are neatly dressed in uniform shirts, and very respectful. Can you ask for more than that. I am totally satisfied with Precision Door Service and recommend them for your garage door installation, repairs, and upkeep. My thanks to both Mike and Dan for their prompt service and reliability.
