I have been servicing garage doors since 2021 in the San Antonio area. In my free time I like to spend time with my wife and five daughters watching movies and hanging out. I received a entirely different quote when I spoke to Kristy over teh phone to fix my garage door. When tech came out and looked and quoted me 3x the amount. Then insult to injury charged me the $69 dollar service fee for 4 minutes of looking around.

I am very pleased with my experience with Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio. They were able to schedule a next day appointment and secure and replace one overhead door opener. My garage door is 26 years old and was making a lot of noise when going up and down. Going down it hit the ground with a loud bang. I assumed the door needed to completely replaced since it is so old. Chris came out from Precision Overhead Door to give me an estimate on replacing the door. After carefully inspecting the door panels and all the moving parts he identified a broken spring and issues with the rollers that he thought would take care of my problem. After carefully inspecting the panels he said they were in good shape despite their age. He gave me an estimate for repairing the existing door and for complete replacement. I opted for the repair and Chris did it on the spot. When he finished Chris gave me careful instructions on how to properly maintain the door. The door operates very quietly and smoothly now. I STRONGLY recommend Precision Overhead Door and also that you ask for Chris. The company clearly has a culture of wanting to do what is right and best for their customers. Also be sure and ask for Chris, he did a great job for me.

My garage door would not close this morning and since Precision Garage Doors was the installer I promptly called them. They gave me a same day appointment and the time frame so I was pleasantly surprised when Chris called and said he could come early! Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the time that he took to analyze my problem and provide me with a solution. When he left we were happy with the decision. I have to add that I am not happy with the MyQ app per say. I wanted to change the email address on my account and the app forces you to delete the WiFi garage door opener and create a new account. The process took 2 hours leaving me worse than I started this morning. I hope tomorrow is brighter than today.

Needed a spring replaced. The door and parts were 25 years old. Precision had a package price that allowed us to replace everything but the door itself, rollers, drums, cables, and opener w WiFi.
